  We brought our rabbit to this vet on Sunday night after 11pm in crisis. Staff were incredible, compassionate, and able to save the little guy's life (even though our arrival meant we were at the clinic well passed closing time). Im extremely thankful for all the help and highly recommend this clinic to anybody seeking care for their sick animal.

  Worst hospital ever. My cat was ill and I brought her here since they are the only one open til midnight. I received a huge bill, it was $1800 dollars for a lot of services and hospitalizations. Second day I got my cat back and the result was all clear. My cat was not sick at all, but I still paid like $1500 dollars for the services that not needed at all. Why can’t you guys just check the illness first and then give the services? You just given the prices before you done any work. Yeah, another thing, when I pick up my cat, they recommend me to buy a can of food for my cat, and they said my cat like eating them while being hospitalized. The brand is Friskies, and they charge me $10 dollars for that. I thought it should be a high quality food or something, and good for my cat, so I bought it. Then when I was shopping at Loblaws, I saw this Friskies brand food, and it is 60cents on sale. I was shocked by how much then charged on something that not deserve that much. Don’t come here, it is completely not worth the money, and the price is freaking sky high.

  If you are looking for unbeatable customer service and knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy staff then I highly recommend this clinic. My cat ended up sick back in February and unfortunately passed away last month. On more than one occasion I had to bring him in AFTER 10:30pm for an emergency. They are open til 12 and never EVER have they turned me down. They broke down exactly what needed to be done in a very informative way so I understood the cost and the reasoning for each procedure. They also educated me on pet insurance, which i see the value in now. Every day my cat was in their hospital Dr. Gigi took the time to call me with an update. Dr Gigi was incredibly pleasant, professional and understanding. I cannot thank everyone enough for all the time, love and generosity that went into taking care of my cat. I'd also like to highlight the impeccable service from the people who work at the desk in front. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone reading!!!

  Waste of time and money, not to mention they did something to make this once harmless cat go 11/10 bonkers aggressive (growling, hissing, even snorting like a pig just going near her). They told us they didn’t do anything and she only could have Learned this behaviour from other cats.. they then contiously insisted on this even after we told them that she’s never been around another cat in her life (besides her litter as a young kitten)

  Couldn’t clip our cats nails even after sedating her and waiting an hour. Still got charged for the sedation but was told “for the safety of them and their staff they have to refuse doing it”.. they then proceeded to encourage us to book another appointment with them and they would try again tomorrow.
