    I always find the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. I've had nothing but good experiences booking travel and buying insurance here.

    I have no idea what is going on here, but this place is terrible. Waited on the phone for half an hour twice to speak with someone and then other times straight through too an agent. A very complicated operating system. Spoke with someone about travel arrangements and never heard back, followed up three days later with a phone call they said they were working on it, never heard back. Not sure if they are like this with every customer but really bad experience for me.
