Horrible experience. There is gender discrimination at this club against men. Men always get disrespected by staff and also not allowed to go to all floors….

    - The atmosphere is great, considering the nature of this establishment, you fill relaxed and right at home.

The one positive aspect of the club that has remained consistent is cleanliness. Oasis is incredibly clean and provides cleaning products to clean up after yourself.

I am glad that we experienced Oasis regularly between 2013 to 2015. It was an amazing place that would make you feel good about yourself and your sexuality. Sadly, that culture no longer exists.

My partner and I started coming to Oasis in 2013 but had not been in over a year. The culture has significantly changed since we regularly attended. When we used to attend on a regular basis, Oasis was very body-positive. Everyone walked around without clothes (maybe wrapped in a towel) and not everyone was there for sex; they would use the space to sunbathe naked. Members would be of all sizes, shapes, ages, and abilities. Oasis even offered workshops for people with disabilities. My partner and I were probably the most "normal" looking members (and that is saying something). Additionally, the space felt dominated by women; men were merely guests of the women and the men would follow the lead of the women.

Only place like this in the city, great staff, friendly patrons. If you have a bad attitude or expectations of others you will be one of the people who reviews the place poorly. (For these people I feel bad) This is not the fault of the club, it is their own. Owners are genuinely kind people who have put alot of time and effort into creating a safe and enjoyable environment to allow us to celebrate this lifestyle. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.

Also the smell is bad on Jacuzzi area and showers…. They don’t clean…. You get charged $80 entrance fee but get disrespect and smell in return …… Also this is a whorehouse… Women charge money to have sex… otherwise you wont get anything….

Initially walking in the door was a nervous experience but within minutes I took everything off and wrapped in a towel...grabbed my wife by the hand and casually climbed into a themed room bed with another couple already in action and its like a house that is geared towards exhibition and pleasure.... It was a little odd at first but I quickly relaxed and was happy to feel eyes on us randomly leering in through the hallway.....exciting to hear all the women enjoying themselves.... It felt wild and natural to be there....we really enjoyed ourselves and will be returning to enjoy more.....not sure if it's the type of club like I expected where men walk up give u a high five and swap wives....its a great relaxing environment that's for sure.....

Visited the club for the first time, my wife and I brought alone our female friend. We had a good idea of where we are going and what to expect but my wife was still super shy and worry before entering the club (we were standing outside of the club for 15 min before we walked in). Once we were in, a friendly employee explained all the rules, got our keys and head up to the change room. After that, we started to explore, and I have to say it was a very fun experience. We are certainly coming back.

One of the biggest changes to the culture is due to escorts using the space to offer their services. I have absolutely nothing against sex work. In fact, good for these workers for finding a safer space to work and good for Oasis for providing a safer space for workers. However, using the space for sex work brings men into the space that would not typically use the space. This shifts the culture and power in the space to promote women and their bodies as objects. For example, when we got there, an escort had just finished with the John, but instead of leaving he lurked around on his own around the pool and the second floor on his own creepily staring at other members. The neutral areas in the club had escorts on their cellphones talking to each other about their clients. Even the private room on the 4th floor now needs to be scheduled.

The last time we attended, everything was different. Women presented more as objects of desire for men as they walked around in lacy lingerie following their male counterparts. The majority of the members were normative men and women with very little differences in body shape, size, ability, race, etc. While there is nothing necessarily wrong with this, it is not the Oasis we loved from a couple of years ago.
