  AWFUL in answering calls. I tried to book an appointment at this spa but speaking to the receptionist is next to impossible. They never pick up the phone. Beyond frustrating

  I had Jennifer for my massage. She was so patient and super attentive to the massage. I like a very light hand and she was perfect! It's also awesome that you can get a receipt to submit to your insurance so that was definitely a plus.

  Exceptional spa. It was my very first time visiting a spa after purchasing a gift card for a full day of couple's massage, mani/pedi, facial etc because my girlfriend wanted me to get in touch with my feminine side lol. From the time I purchased the giftcard, to the day we went, service was friendly and courteous and the spa was clean with beautiful décor. The only downside was my girlfriend mentioning the rates for the mani/pedi are more than her usual spot. But then again, its the Shangri-La and I'd imagine they provide a great service at a premium. I thought it to be well worth it!

  Everyone was very very professional and polite. The place was gorgeous. So far, it's the best spa I've been to. Definitely would go again! :)

  The facials were great too- the ladies did such a thorough job and just overall really knowledgeable about what their doing. They weren't pushy with their products at the end either! Usually when I go to a spa, they try and get you to buy their products but here, they give you a piece of paper with the recommended items but that's it!

  Visited on May 2016, for a full body massage. It's my first time coming to this spa. The facility looks very nice. The service was five star for sure, from the receptionist to the masseuse. The resting area is very charming, great for hangouts with friends.

  I called this place today to ask about pricing and they added the tip in the price and gave a wrong % for as tax. These services are already expensive and I don't know why clients have to pay the salaries of workers. A tip is what you pay after receiving an excellent service and I doubt they have any good service. They are just hungry for money and make their workers beg. Shame.
