  Wonderful experience at this Four Seasons during a 1 night business trip. Extremely random and extremely generous upgrade to a Presidential Suite! Once in a lifetime experience! It’s too bad I didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Great service and will definitely be back!

  What caught my attention and made the difference for us, however, was how friendly and attentive the staff were. It's huge hotel, yet when I came in they remembered my name, remembered where I was going and who I was waiting for. That small "inn" touch in a large hotel really made the difference for me.

  Love the spa at four seasons. Never a bad experience. Very good massage therapist. Currently spa renovating hence has a temp location on 19th without change room or lounge area. but will be done in march. Looking forward to the new look. Definitely recommend.

  I love love love the spa at this location. It is my all time favourite. Of all the spas I have been to this is my #1 pick. The staff are friendly and professional from the moment you walk in, throughout your service and when you walk out. This is what hospitality is. I always get the feeling of warmth and appreciation when I visit. Their staff is top notch at what they do. The entire facility is extremely clean. The locker rooms are nice and functional, inviting and not over the top. It’s a nice place to sit, relax, have a snack and enjoy a drink with a soft robe and slippers. They have all the necessary toiletries and excellent products for your personal use. The showers, steam room and relaxation room are all well kept. The treatment rooms and simple with all the necessities and another drink station. Plus there is use of the pool on the same floor but it is shared by residents of the building. Every time I go, it’s empty! You must try their spa at least once and then you’ll be hooked! Look on groupon or travelzoo their are advertised specials.

  I went the hotel for the company events on Sunday night at 6th floor event hall! It was the best buffet with all.different fresh salads, main menu! And the best service I got! It was awesome :)

  Sure, it's a nice big hotel with large comfortable rooms and top notch furnishings and convenience -- as you would expect in any large hotel in a major city.
