  Absolutely love this spa! My best friend and I come have been coming here every year for her birthday for the past 5 years and we are never disappointed. Would recommend this spa to anyone. We usually do the package where we get a massage, facial and lunch on the Terrance. Thank you Elwood for another great experience

  Although slightly more expensive than I would have hoped for, the service was great and serves as a nice way to escape reality for a few hours.

  Most Torontonians have been to this spa. It's a great day spa. Excellent amenities, good lunch menu. It does have a fairly large male clientele so if you are going as a couple your man won't feel out of place. The women's change room also has their own hot tub and steam room so you don't have to use the shared ones if you're not comfortable. You can't go wrong by coming here.

  First visit this afternoon with my husband. We had water therapy, couple’s massage and dinner for 2 at Bangkok Garden. Great experience. Good service, friendly and very nice staff. The only thing is that I didn’t enjoy much the water therapy though as there we so much people who talked so loudly in the supposedly whisper area but nobody was there to remind them. I wish they would enforce the whisper zone more strictly for people who would want to have some relaxing, peaceful and tranquil moments. No photos taken as it wasn’t allowed inside the facilities.

  This was my first visit and I had a great experience. I had a pregnancy massage and the MT was so knowledgeable and if a great job. We also took advantage of the waters. Overall the staff were really friendly and the place was very clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return to get more massages

  Upon booking, we expected a small space as they are located in the downtown core. However, the facilities are 5 floors with services for both men and women, water therapies (slightly smaller than what is seen on their website), massages, manicures, facials and more. Elmwood begins pampering you the minute you set foot into the building and even have tea or water for you at any point of your stay. Schedules are printed with detailed information for where and when you should be arriving for your next appointment.
