  My friend and I went here for my birthday and it was very pleasant! You can talk in the pool room which is great, it is women's only. The spa is super clean and the steam rooms really sweat you out! The staff are friendly and show you how everything works. The cold pool is refreshing - albeit painful at first lol. I would recommend this place, it's fun and you leave relaxed.

  I've been using the waters for a few years and have noticed a decrease in quality over the last year. Arriving an hour after opening and being put on an hour long wait list for the waters? Try to have some respect for your clients' time, or at least appreciate that some people travel far distance to attend and can't just return another day. Is it so hard to offer a solo person a drink while they wait? Or offer something to make an excruciatingly long wait worth it, when they've been the only one waiting? I sat alone, and watched many groups enter before me for their overpriced treatments. Staff were not helpful or accommodating. I've had a few massages over the years at Blitz and have never had a memorable experience. I come here for the waters exclusively, when I can get in the door. It would be great if you could book waters when it gets really busy. It's a huge turnoff to turn up "anytime" and be turned away. Don't offer the waters-only ticket if you don't have the capacity with your concurrent spa services. Easy to tell this place is all about profit now, not the patrons.

  I went to Body Blitz with two of my girlfriends this past weekend and we had a great time. We did the baths only. We found the waters very relaxing and enjoyed doing the circuit recommended by Body Blitz. The space itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the fact that there were quiet areas and other areas where we could chat. Another nice thing about this spa is that towels, sandals, bath robes, lockers, locks, and hair/body products are included in the price of admission which makes it very stress free. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

  - The STAFF. I hosted a bacherlorette party here. Unfortunately there was a time mix up, and we were pretty late leaving in time when they closed, but the staff was unbelievably patient, forgiving and considerate, understanding there was a mix up. Such great women.
