  Everyone was very nice and helpful. The therapeutic waters were very relaxing, nice environment. The massage was heavenly. Definitely coming back. 10/10 would recommend.

  My boyfriend had paid and booked for me to have a specific treatment but they gave me a completely different one .

  What a bad experience. Let me start by saying I have been getting therapeutic massages monthly, for the last decade. I am open to many techniques and styles, and have never complained about a massage. But I received a straight up TERRIBLE massage from this place. The woman used no technique... I asked her to work on my neck and she rubbed it with a towel? She also strummed on my tight muscles like a guitar... It was amateurish and clumsy feeling. No part of it was enjoyable. I told the front desk, and shared how bad it was (expressing how awkward I felt doing this), and she apologized and said a manager would call me the next day. No call. Two days, no call. I finally have to chase the manager down, and she finally told me there was nothing she could do but offer me a $25 dollar credit towards my next. TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS? This is a $185 massage to start which is SO overpriced for an hour massage. Never going back.

  I love this Spa, but I do prefer their West location, This one looks very commercial vs. the serene look of the west one. Overall service is prompt, love the water servies very relaxing for one to go alone or a girls day out.

  If you book something and you get something different, most business would fix the mistake ! Not this place! Apparently after acknowledging their mistake, they passed the cost back to us at an amazing $25 credit!lol

  This place is my haven! I came here for the first time in 2008 (to the king location) and it is still my favourite spa. The facilities and beautiful and luxurious and it is a perfect place to relax and hang out. I come here with my mom a few times a year and we always have a great time. The massages are excellent, so I would recommend it for that as well as just enjoying to waters.

  Very disappointed! I only went once and I would never go back ! You should look at other spas if your looking for some relaxation, not surprises! It’s like a lottery, you may get what you paid for or you may not ! Good luck

  He talked to the manager Jessica to explain the situation , after 5 days she got back to him that they will offer $25 credit, even though the treatment he paid for was much more expensive and never received it.
