    A huge warm felt thank you to the manager of Johnston & Murphy at Toronto Eaton Center, "Micheal". My partner got a new pair of shoes at this location and a gift for his birthday. He wore them one day and was so happy with there comfort. That didn't last long as someone decided to seal them at the end of the first day while he was at the gym. I decided to replace them and found Michael at the Eaton Center location. The shoes were no longer in stock, sold out. Micheal stepped up to help out and found a pair. Arranged to have them delivered to our home by courier and at the same price as the original shoes. How many retailers would take the time to do this for any consumer. Thanks and all the best to you Micheal for all of your help and work.

    Bought two pairs of "quality" dress shoes from them. Neither last longer than 4 months before completely falling apart. Avoid at all costs.

    Johnston and Murphy has always been an all time favourite brand. Keo at the Eaton Centre Location has been a pleasure to work with, he provides excellent knowledge on both footwear, shoecare, and even takes things to another level by providing expert advice. Thank you to the eaton centre J&M team for their service.

    Johnston & Murphy are located in the Eaton centre in downtown Toronto. The store is one of their larger stores with many sales assistants to help you. - a Richard Trus review
