  I tried a new style of boot, i told the sales clerk that i wasnt really liking them, hoping to get a different style only to have the clerk tell me that there was a sale the next day and that "I might like them if they were on sale...". I guess i didnt look rich enough to shop there.

  I went there looking for the Grand Chukka in black on black. It is a best seller as stated on the retail website. Surprise Surprise the salesperson says it is no longer available as it was sold out/sent to the outlet. They had none of the leather models only a new suede version. What a joke. Do not expect this store to survive on Bloor St for very much longer, if you cannot maintain inventory of a commonly sold shoe, I assume the writing is on the wall.

  We came in for Black Friday and again just yesterday ( exchanging for a half size up). Erin helped us both times and she was very helpful even though they were incredibly busy!! She was very considerate, asked how we were doing, made us feel comfortable, gave us time, provided feedback... Just great service from her!

  Nice shoes, excellent quality leathers but the women's selection is quite small and they didn't have many shoes left of very common sizes, even new collection items. I wasn't refered to where else I could get my size. It took a long time for any staff to offer help and brings shoes, and every time I was randomly helped by someone new. Good shoes, but poor customer service. Especially for a higher-end boutique.
