  I went in there, didn't end up buying. The female on the floor was still so pleasant and informative while being in store. Such a breath of fresh air to most of the pretentious on this avenue. Amazing!

  I was really nervous about going into the store for fear that the sales associates would be snobby but I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service I received here! Every single employee was really pleasant and the associate that helped me with my shoes was so helpful and so patient. I definitely recommend going to this location! Best experience I have ever had shoe shopping and I will definitely be returning.

  Of course the product is what you would expect however, service is not at all. In one word it’s underwhelming. Other stores of this quality are far more obliging. If the shoes themselves weren’t so beautifullly made I would give one star. Very disappointing. Left with no shoes and directions on how to get the ones I wanted from Nordstroms in Vancouver.
