  This place is pretty amazing overall for the price and convenience (24/7), but it's nothing outstanding. Definitely ranks above the likes of Denny's (at least the locations I have visited), and my trips to different Frans locations has been very consistent.

  Service was decent all around, nothing amazing or terrible. I ordered the liver and onions, and my partner the chicken and waffles.

  The best vanilla milkshake ! Would totally come back for this again. Their fish and chips dish was good. My only regret is getting their nachos (not that good), you can get better nachos elsewhere. Other items on their menu look really good. Will definately come back and try this place again.

  Great food at a reasonable price. Great staff and vibe to the diner. However, if you go between breakfast/brunch hours, you can expect at least a 20 minute wait. The food is well worth it though. I recommend the chicken and waffles

  The liver and onions was a small dish that seemed quite healthy actually, although the taste was just ok.

  The staff were very polite and attentive. A 25 minute wait for basic eggs and bacon with toast and home fries. Decent portions and not too greasy. Reasonably priced menu. The washrooms are practically in a different building. Good luck finding them. I swear a women was living in there by the smell. I would go back still, but won't have very high expectations.

  Great food. It’s a shame that the staff are INSULTING and outright RUDE. Came here for breakfast one morning after a night out for my girlfriend’s birthday- but received a lot more then just eggs and toast. Whilst the four of us were ordering I looked over and noticed a waitress and a bus boy glaring over at us and were literally pointing and making rude comments about us at the table. I thought I was seeing and hearing things so I told my girlfriend and she then turned around to hear the man and woman say “she heard us” and ran away. I felt like I was in high school with the gossiping that was going on. Completely uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable and down right insulted. The fact that your employees are so YOUNG minded they think it’s okay to serve eggs with some attitude I think you need to re-evaluate your staff. I told the supervisor and he really didn’t seem to care. Obviously it’s okay to belittle your customers and make them feel completely uncomfortable. I will be second guessing where I get my breakfast next time I am in that Area! The man had about 10 earrings on both ear (which is a little odd seeing as this is a food business) and the woman was about 25 with long brown hair.

  We went on a Tuesday night around 7:00 pm. The restaurant was full, so we had to wait about five minutes.
