    AK Definitely the is the best tasting food delivery in Toronto!!! I own a gym an have been training aggressively for the past 17 years and AK definitely keeps me fuelled and topped up so I can SMASH my workouts hard!

    I've been visiting AK for over a year. When I first came to them, I didn't know where to turn anymore. My addiction and relationship with food was a tumultuous one. I had issues with over-eating, binge-eating and generally gave into every craving. After talking with the owners, I really understood their genuine passion for food and desire to help people eat better. I gave into the process.

    If you're in the area, you have to check them out, try their delicious breakfast overnight oatmeal. Must I say they're extremely friendly and welcoming. For a busy professional like me it's wonderful to have such a business exist. Wish AK more growth for years to come!

    I have been using the service for about 4 weeks now and have nothing but good things to say. I am on the paleo option and the delicious food helps me stay on track with my diet plan. There is huge variety with the meals and there are two deliveries per week so I know the food is fresh. The meals they prepare feel home made and healthy and are absolutely delicious. If you are tight for time and a terrible cook like me, this is a fantastic way to eat healthy and stay on track,

    As with any change, it's not always easy. I had to get used to my body adjusting to it's new, but PROPER portion sizes, as well as getting through my sugar and junk cravings - which left me with terrible headaches for days. Within a week, my body settled into it's new normal, and within two the compliments started about how much better my skin looked, and that I'd lost weight. I promise you, if you give into the process, you will not be disappointed. The food is SO good and I never felt like I was deprived or starving. One of the best decisions I could have made. Pro tip: Do it RIGHT, if you can. That means breakfast, lunch and dinner. I found when I only did dinner, it left me open to cheat meals, which set me back.
