  From that day forward he went over and beyond all expectations. We meet the next day to confirm exactly what I was looking for and within a week he found a suitable tenant. He did all the checks and screening call and follow up with references and previous landlords. He made sure the new tenant checked out perfectly.

  My roommates and I were looking for a 3 bedroom condo downtown Toronto and because of Lisa we got everything we wanted within a week. Lisa is amazing, answered all emails and texts super fast and worked around our schedules. She was very honest and helpful and never showed us anything outside of our budget.   My husband and I have only good things to say about the BREL team. They helped us sell our condo and buy our house and were amazing pros all along the way. When some friends of ours were getting nowhere with their real estate agent we recommended they try BREL and they successfully won the bid on their current house shortly thereafter. I never hesitate to recommend them enthusiastically to anyone I know! Plus they're fun and authentic, and stay in touch (in a good way!) what's not to love??

  My experience with the BREL team was amazing. My roommates and I were lucky enough to work with Lisa Bednarski and she was awesome. We were looking for a 3 bedroom rental in Toronto with a pretty tight budget and I thought it was going to be a nightmare but she was able to find us a place that was way beyond my expectations and she did it in a week. She never showed us anything outside of our budget and was very open and honest with us the entire time. She always seemed to be looking out for or best interest and never pressured us into making a decision. Even after she found us a place she continued to help us get everything sorted and continued to answer our questions. She made this entire process easier than I ever could have expected. If you’re looking for a real estate agent definitely give her a call!
