  Highly recommend. Jason and his team are at the top of their profession. Jason and I actually do the same workout (Crossfit style) and therefore I know he can relate to what my body is going through. I'm very happy as a patient here.

  I came to Trilogy with a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for over a month. I had a great experience with my Physiotherapist Eric who helped me immensely through the recovery process.

  In just one month, my range of movement has drastically improved and I am now virtually pain free. I was set up with some great conditioning exercises to ensure my shoulder gets back to 100% and best of all, I am now able to get back to lifting weights and being active again.

  Trilogy helped me get my life back! Because of the integrated care Jason (physio) and Jordan (massage) offered, I now more fully understand the nature of my problem and how to fix it. My mobility has increased and I'm never in pain now, after starting with pain that often interrupted sleep. Jason is knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and approachable. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your injury so that you can more fully participate in your rehabilitation / recovery. Jordan helped to fine-tune what Jason and I were working on, and tipped me over into maintenance mode. Excellent care, for which I am so grateful!

  Over the years, not only have I been helped for multiple injuries, but based on my great experiences I’ve sent several friends and family members with a variety of injuries to both locations and everyone had a positive experience with Trilogy’s skilled, highly trained therapists that take the time to actually listen to you. There is no time wasted here passively sitting on machines, but one on one, attentive care from very knowledgeable individuals who are trained to really give the best care possible.
