  One of the worst nightclub I have been to. The service was unacceptable. The bouncers were arrogant and bartenders were slow and rude. The music sucked and crowd was lifeless. On the doors they said cover was 15, but charged us 20 when we actually got inside. The drinks were really bad, all we all had really bad headaches the next day. Dont waste your time and money here.

  we were there at a Halloween party. music is just disgusting! I do not know why they write in the description of the party about what will be the top 40, house. In fact there was only hip-hop.

  I had a really fun time at orchid. I purchased tickets to a day party there. I Loved the way the dj switched between regular hip hop music and soca music. I wish i could put videos on here. This place has a lot of space. Outside area with music/bar. Inside area with music/bar. It even has a downstairs area with music/bar.

  We left this place 1,5 hr later and go to other club. Party costed 30 cad for entry and it's so much for this club with so horrible music!

  This place is terrible. Staff is rude from security to coat check to bartenders to management. There are better places right up the street

  contacting the owner and having questions was handled very nicely. I was able to get what I wanted (an extra bottle on top of our package). Arrival to the venue was not as expected. Bouncers have major attitude they all need to be fired and new ones need to be hired. They are extremely rude and quickly became nice to me when I pointed out the fact that after letting everyone in my group in that I was the one with the money who was paying for bottle service. The owner was very nice and tried to fix the situation. Our server definitely tried to pull a fast one. I put a deposit down and when she approached us she told me that I had to pay more than what was agreed on. When I told her I had emails to show proof she then told me oh yes you paid a deposit, how would YOU the SERVER not have that information? Overall music was fine but service was slow. For 10 people there should be more mixers, faster service. Also security guards kept asking to see our wristbands even though they clearly saw us ALL be let in by the owner who had sat us down. Overall not a very good experience except with the owner.
