  Year later, and service at front desk was great. Every amenity was superb... But prices are ridiculous. 50$ for pancakes and eggs?? Got that at eggspectations for half that and twice the food. Don't order room service!

  This is a great property. I have been coming here for years. The staff is beyond nice and accommodating. The outside facade could use a bit of work and freshening up but it has been a dominant feature on the Toronto skyline for decades. The rooms are nice and clean and this location has a lot of potential and features for the business Traveller and business user. The lounge on the 43rd floor is absolutely spectacular and has excellent amenities.

  The room was good. We stayed here as part of a business competition, and the amenities were superb. However, service left a lot to be desired, especially considering prices. $13 for a smoothie, which arrived warm and tipped over promptly when I set it down. They put wrapping over it, so I could not see that it shattered, on a fall of 5 cm! Terrible service, cheap items. Don't order room service here, it's a complete waste.

  Had a bunch of fun running a conference there over a couple days. Had 3 connected rooms on nearly the top floor with an incredible view. Staff was very kind and responsive. Food from the hotel was very good and varied over all the meals we had. My only complaint is that the air was very dry in the hotel causing some throat issues.

  Excellent location. Gorgeous lobby with the waterfall and duck pond. Very friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Fabulous view from our room window. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spotless and very stocked. Our house keeper was very friendly as well. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

  Had an amazing weekend here. The views are great and it's close to everything downtown. Staff are helpful and professional. The facilities are elegant and well maintained. Lots to see and do and eat nearby. We can't wait to come back.
