  Beautiful hotel room and fast check in and check out. The complimentary continental breakfast offered good choices as well. The location was also great as we were able to walk to all our destinations! I will definitely be staying there again! :)

  We have stayed in most of the 5 star hotels i Toronto and usually go that route, with this weekend being in such high demand because of TIFF being on we ended up as our second choice at this Hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting to it, its perfect proximity to everything, the electric atmosphere that surrounds it all time, the pleasant and extremely helpful staff (all areas) and the spacious clean well laid out rooms. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in T.O.

  Love everything about this hotel. From the friendly staff to the rain showerhead. Great free breakfast too. Maximum comfort. The minute you walk into your room and hear the little music playing, you feel a certain weight lift off your shoulders.

  Best Hotel I've been in my live, the staff are so sweet and professional. I speak French and I was so happy they have staff that speaks French. It's clean and its Beautiful inside. The room is spacious, the bed is really comfortable. I recommend this place. There's a bar and you can eat right in the hotel. My best thing was the staff.

  Lovely room for a special evening out on the town! Great service and very personable staff. We stayed the night to see a show in Toronto the next day, the friendly woman at the front desk totally helped us out by extending our check out time to accommodate our show. Thank you so much we will definitely be back! Other positives were the location by the aquarium, CN tower, sport/concert venue all walking distance. Comfortable beds & pillows.
