  Had 2 years of decently good laundry.... I recently took in a light load $25.70 worth of clothing to get done before our long weekend. The entire load of laundry was ruined! I mean ruined! I am so upset! Now I have to go out and spend god knows how much to replace my entire summer wardrobe! They offered to re wash everything, which they did but it didn't help...no offer to compensate for all that was lost.. horrible experience..never going back!

  Great quality service and cleaning. Recommended by Toronto Environmental Association and I would recommend Laundry Lounge to anyone who wants great wet cleaning in the city.

  This was the worst service I have ever experienced and the first review I've ever written. I brought in my comforter which I can't fit in my washer and can't be dry cleaned. I loved the idea of a service where you can get your laundry done for you and you pick it up later. I dropped off the comforter and when I came to pick it up later that day, it was COVERED in brown stains!! It was perfectly stain free when I brought it in! I brought it right back and the owner Andre said he would clean it again at no charge and had a guilty look in his eyes when I brought up these mysterious stains. I went back the next day to pick it up and the stains were gone but now there were tons of holes in the comforter! I dragged the thing back there and Andre said that that happens sometimes and the stitching on the other side of the comforter would have caused pulling leading to the holes and that's not his fault. I said he should have returned this to me in the condition I dropped it off. He said he's cleaned hundreds of these and I told him that that means he should have known how to clean it properly. He took absolutely no responsibility and acted like this was completely normal. I bought the comforter 3 months prior and paid $189 for it which now I have to pay again for a new one.

  The guy who was working here was rude and unfriendly. He opened my dryer and kept trying to interfere with my laundry. Really weird!!!
