  I lost my stub and they were rude about it. They couldn't find my shirt and they said 'i dont know what to tell you'. I asked if I should come back again to see if it turns up and they said "no". When another customer showed up I asked loudly "so you just lost my stuff then?" and only at that point did they actually look for and find my shirt. Their dry cleaning is fine, but I wouldn't go back because of this experience.

  Dropped our clothes off this morning about 10 AM and he had them delivered back to our hotel. We found them in our room, very neatly folded at 4:30 PM. Charged $25 for 15 pounds (the minimum) and offered to deliver for $5 (all numbers in Canadian dollars). A bargain. Very friendly and accommodating.

  Excellent wash and fold service. We picked St. Lawrence because it was on the way to visiting the Distillery from our hotel. We dropped off 11lbs of laundry at around 2pm and got the regular delivery service (you can get expressed service for CAD 10 more). Gave them our hotel name and room number, paid CAD 40 ($30 USD) and we got clean laundry by the promised time of 9:30PM at the hotel the same night while we were out all day sightseeing. Very convenient, they did a good job. Highly recommended.

  I can forgive the ever increasing prices as a fact of life but not when a business owner does not give a s* about customers. Forget about getting a folding table if you are not paying for the wash and fold services. the entire folding table in the back of the shop is taken up by the owner for wash and fold leaving others using the 50 + machines to fight for the 2 tiny tables left. my last visit today was the breaking point as I watch poor guy walking in with 3 jackets to wash and was promptly pointed over to the $7.25 super jumbo machine for a load a home grade machine could have handled.

  Dropped off laundry at about 11. It was delivered back to our hotel (for a small extra charge), beautifully washed and folded by 5pm. Very reasonable price. Excellent service. I will definitely be going there again!
