  Probably one of the worst hospitals in the city if not the worst. The doctor was incompatant and I was the only one in the ER... literally it was empty. So being overwhelmed isn't and excuse this time. I won't even share my.other sxpieriance.

  My dad was in the ICU for brain Tumor and all the doctors were amazing and really kind full and I’m just happy that they saved my dad. Once again thank you western hospital and all the nurses and doctors. If you have a relative there then you shouldn’t worry because there in good hand. All the best.

  Had to take my buddy here when she had alcohol poisoning. Nurses gave us a talking to but they were super nice. Doctors all acted like absolute cowboys, but provided sound medical care.

  Wonderful staff but this is the most poorly, inefficiently run hospital I've ever encountered. Their labs are only open during business hours with zero after work or weekend hours. The wait times in their in-hospital clinics (like ultrasound) are outrageously long, even with an appointment. I'm talking HOURS long. And there are no options other than taking time off work during the day. Patients' time is valuable too but TWH apparently doesn't care about patient service or respect.

  They're not all that bad here, some staff have a professional attitude. However, if you're going to go out of your way and choose to escalate a situation with a person that is already anxious or aggravated, then you failed before you even got started. Some of the staff simply do not have the proper mindset to work in a hospital. Probably the result of watching too many reruns of E.R.
