  As the garbage bin was behind the counter I was not going to go behind and sort through to find my receipt. I would have been treated far worse for that. I had to prove to the employee otherwise so that he would print the receipt since he was refusing the simple request and I needed it for work reimbursement.

  Me thinks Laura Smith is Lying. If you saw him crumple up the receipt, why did you then look through your pockets and bag for said receipt. If you're going to get overly emotional about life, might I suggest you consider not leaving your house! Love Weiners!

  Came here a few times on my own to purchase various glues to try to fix a broken camera part. On my third visit, an associate approached me and recommended an expensive liquid plastic that he said would definitely fix it. I was skeptical, especially given the mixed reviews of this product online. He assured me it would work, urging me to buy it. After three super glues, this associate saved me a 400$ replacement - it worked perfectly.

  These people are very helpful, Plus they have a surprising amount of stuff. They almost always have what I want. And they have a neat Lightbulb display so you can see how bulbs look on before buying some.

  *After hearing some disturbing things about said possible employee from other patrons I thought I would check out the reviews again. After seeing the unprofessional response posted to my review from possibly the same employee it is clear that there are major staffing issue at this location.

  The staff were so helpful - full of useful suggestions and very knowledgeable about their products. The cashier was also so friendly. Everyone really took the time to help me, and I never felt rushed. I have found my new favorite local hardware store and am never going back to a big box store again!!

  Usually have good experiences but this time the blond haired boy with the undercut at the counter gave me attitude when I asked for my receipt after I watched him crumple it and throw it in the garbage beside him (probably out of habit). I said it wasn't in any of my pockets and he kept saying he gave it to me. I emptied all pockets and bags and said he never handed it to me. Instead of just pressing the button and reprinting it without attitude he made the experience ridiculously and unnecessarily uncomfortable for me (several others had to wait and witness this while it happened). Everyone else in the store was nice and helpful.
