  Extremely rude, confrontational and unhelpful. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They'd be out of business long ago if not for the fact that they are the only hardware store in the area. I'd now prefer to go to Canadian Tire at Yonge/Dundas even for small things rather than give my business to these guys. They don't deserve it.

  Good shop for the size. I wouldn't do big orders through here, but for the odd missing piece to finish a job, it's great. Staff is always helpful.

  You can get AC units hangers, light bulbs, keys replicated, fuses, batteries safety glasses, pots and pans, picture hangers, soap, bath mats, and really anything you'd need for your home.

  I've taken advantage of the fact that it's close by many times to get a new fan because my AC unit stopped working, they're always open!

  terrible place- does not even deserve 1 star. made a key there and he made it wrong twice. wouldn't give me a refund until the third try.

  Convenient location, unfriendly service. They would feed me advise on what to buy without really listening to what my need was. They need to understand that not everyone knows what they are doing.

  The staff roams the floor but you have to ask for help so don't be afraid to seek guidance, After living in Downtown for 4 years I've come here numerous times and would recommend it to anyone who has a home goods need!
