    This is a great, family owned neighborhood hardware store. It is well stocked with a rich variety of services. The best surprise is that the prices are competitive. You can also get a good deal of honest advice. This is one of the key stores on Roncesvalles. Long live Pollocks.

    I love a good local hardware store like this one. They always have the odds and ends I need to take care of household projects. They also encourage pet owners to bring their dogs in the store, which is a big plus for my dog and I.

    Always so helpful & informative. I prefer going to Pollocks Home Hardware rather than the big box stores. They are very knowledgeable, friendly & eager to help.

    This store for its size has a very good selection. It does not stay open late and checking out can be slow. Knowledgeable clerks.

    It was a busy Saturday. There was a bit of a line up and only one cashier working. That wasn't the problem. Another cashier opened up a til to prioritize a customer who wasn't standing in line. After cashing this customer out, the cashier continued a personal discussion with the customer instead of cashing out the other customers in line. This discussion went on for a quite some time. Over five minutes went by and I decided to put the items I was going to purchase back on the shelves and leave. They were still talking.
