  I bought a defective Home Hardware straps to bring motorcycle from Home Hardware Gananoque to Toronto. The straps were snapped. I brought to Home Hardware Bastone to get refund or store credit. The owner (lady) did not want to hear my explanation, because she claimed that I over stretched it. No refund or store credit from her. She is helpless and very unpleasant to deal with.

  A great local hardware store, with plenty to offer in such a small place. This place is packed to the brim, but just ask the staff what you're looking for and they probably have it. Mind you they won't have a ten choices for that one item you're looking for, which is fine by me. They've served the community for years now, and I hope they continue on!

  I couldn't find it easily. However my son call this store and they told them they had one (used). I came to pick it up, cost me just few dollars and it looks new.
