  The 3 stars rating is for the beautiful, clean facilities, toiletries and the quality of instruction. Erin and Justin B are top notch instructors equivalent to other class based gyms like YYoga and Soul Cycle. However, direct encounters with the arrogant staff downgrade my experience, as I feel it is a disservice.

  Great equipment, but the service has been terrible in my experience. Reported that I lost pair of boots in the change room and the staff seemed very nonchalant about it. Another time, my locker was cleaned out exactly at closing (10pm) because the staff just wanted to go home. The salesman who got me to sign up clearly misrepresented an important contract clause when he made the pitch for the.

  Beautiful gym with nice view of the financial district. The women's change room is very clean and the kiehl's products are a nice touch. Overall, a well designed and comfortable environment. Can get pretty busy right after work but otherwise it's not too crazy, weekends are pretty empty which is great. Good selection of classes but it would be better if there were more classes on the weekends.

  Men’s change-rooms can get messy in peak hours, though I do see staff moving up and down the change room frequently. Just the nature of a gym and change room.

  I echo the sentiments about the lack of service. The club does get busy, and I unfortunately went in 2 Saturdays ago around 11:30am to work out in the free weights area. I was asked by a PT whether they can share a bench but proceeded to cut in the middle of my reps to put his client on it first. I waited on the side and when another bench was available, I moved. Then a different PT cut in while I was still working out and taking a breather in between. He said his client needed the bench and so I informed that I only have one more set left. The trainer pointed to the first bench and said, "you can use that one".

  The staff is a bit unorganized, I’ve asked at least 8 different times to different staff and manager to automatically receive monthly invoice receipt and have yet to receive them.

  Horrible gym ... poor customer service ... management is really rude ... especially Matt ... am surprised he actually is management ... I would use another gym ... try lifetime or barry’s Way way better
