  This is the locals' grocery store. The Loblaws down the street is fancy and all, but Fresh Co has everything you need at a better price and more convenient walking location. Great for baking goods, quick veg/fruit, and milk products. They cram a lot into this location so ask someone if you can't find what you need right away. They even have a small gluten-free section and ethnic food options. It's usually pretty busy so go with a plan. Being well managed and having friendly and efficient staff bring it to 5 stars.

  Great produce section. Also if you need an off the wall ingredient for a recipe - you'll always find it here!!!! They have a wide International foods section labelled by Countries. So if its a Mexican or Asian dish you are preparing - you will find what you need here - even if you think you won't. You can thank me later. Happy Cooking and Bon Appetite!!!

  Also: check the dates on your products. Frequently have expired things on the shelves.

  I only go to this store as a last resort. The fruit and veg is TERRIBLE. Although,the meat Dept. always has a wide selection of items that are reduced by 30%. The only problem is that the meat is greenish and is well past its expiry date. It is also ridiculously overpriced considering the "quality" of what is on their half empty racks.

  Great selection and prices. Great deals on meats, dairy. Good veggies and fruit but in some cases they don't last long.

  I am now walking further to Loblaws which is more expensive, but at least I am not constantly throwing things away.

  The cashiers are great. I like them a lot. However this store has the WORST produce in the area. It goes from unripe to rotten - especially the lemons.
