  My wife was irritated at this point with the manager's attitude and asked if there should be some compensation for the missing piece. The STORE MANAGER replied "so how much do you want for it?" with a tone as if my wife was scavenging for faulty item to score store credit or compensation. She also didn't proactively tried to provide resolution.

  My wife visited the store on Jan 16th 2018. Earlier in the day she requested dinnerware set to be on hold over the phone but when she went to the store in the evening, they didn't have the items ready and it was still on display. My wife didn't really mind this.

  Great store! Lots of beautiful items to look at. We were served by a delightful employee who was in training as it was only her second day on the job. She knew where everything was and was very helpful with our selections. It was a most satisfying experience!

  My wife pointed it out from the receipt and the STORE MANAGER just opened the tilt, took out $2.50, left it on the counter and left which any signs of apology.

  When she found out one of the 4 cups was missing, she asked the STORE MANAGER where the missing cup is and again, she just blatantly replied "No" with no other explanation.

  This is my favourite Urban Barn! Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is great there. I’ve gotten quite a few items from this store, great selection. One night I stopped by, two of the ladies helped me pick a few pillows for my living room. They look great!

  We've had good experiences with other associates in the store and it's unfortunate that a STORE MANAGER ruins the reputation of the store and its staff for us.

  They settled on $2.50 compensation for the missing cup but when another associate was finalizing the transaction, he forgot to deduct $2.50.

  When asked the STORE MANAGER where the items were, she just said no with no explanation so my wife had to look for them and bring down most of the 16 piece dinnerware from the 2nd floor herself.

  Absolutely love this store and if I could buy everything, I would! The staff is extremely professional, polite and courteous each time I visit the store. Love the store manager and her continuous consideration even when I walk in to admire the new pieces they brought into stock. BIG THANK YOU! XO

  I called the store the next day to talk to the STORE MANAGER and she said there was nothing wrong with the service she provided or the attitude she displayed to my wife, a customer.
