    The bed legs on my purchased king size bed got damaged and needed replacing. With Sylvie's help, Gautier sent the new (discontinued) legs from their warehouse in France, and now I have a bed that looks like new! Exceptional customer service beyond the call of duty! Highly recommend this store for beautiful furnishings and top-notch service provision!

    Lovely furniture and very helpful staff and the store manager was just great going beyond the call of normal duty. Very responsive to mail and phone (even out of store hours) and she organised the delivery and it all worked perfectly in the time agreed. The team that did the assembly were lovely and very professional. I would be more than happy to buy there again.
