  We recently purchased quite a few items from BoConcept and I honestly cannot remember the last time I have ever had such an amazing experience with a furniture store. Every step of the process was so professional and exceeded my expectations. Larkin, was a pleasure to deal with and was patient, honest, and took the time to draw out the concepts that ultimately helped us make our buying decisions. She guided us appropriately with fabrics and styles to suit our family and lifestyle. The team answered all my inquiries throughout the process promptly and put my mind at ease (working to a Christmas deadline). The "warehouse team" went above and beyond keeping me up to date with the progress of the shipment and was prepared to make alternate arrangements if the shipment was delayed in customs. The delivery team (Geoff and Jay - you are amazing!!!!), I just can't say enough about them. Respectful of my home, professional, clearly passionate about the products and their attention to detail was incredible. They even put felt protection on the bottoms of every piece of furniture so that my floors would not be scratched. And to top it all off the furniture is beautiful, comfortable and is even nicer than I imagined it would be. It's not often the customer experience is superior from beginning to end. I am so thrilled to have found BoConcept and I look forward to dealing with your team in the future (I will be back!).

  My wife and I went furniture shopping last weekend and walked in to BoConcept for the first time. What a great experience! I loved the fact that their sofas and entertainment systems are totally modular, and work great in small spaces. They had large sectionals as well that were very impressive. The staff was super pleasant and informative with all of our questions. I was very impressed with their knowledge and I would go back to Bo Concept any time. Definitely one of the nicest furniture stores in the city!.

  Before moving into my Coach House in the Beach I was fortunate enough to discover BoConcept just after their Toronto opening in June of 2011. I had the most fun ever shopping for every room in my house, made more enjoyable with the help of my consultant who continues to assist me in evolving my personal space - this summer even extending to the outdoor patio! Their particular modern/contemporary furniture (including art, accessories, textiles and lighting) was exactly what I was looking for - clean, simple and lovely lines, textures, finishes and colours which have created an extremely comfortable, peaceful and harmonious oasis for me...and it doesn't get any better than that!! I often browse through their catalogue for new ideas. A truly fabulous home-shopping experience - I found no need to go anywhere else! Hey, you might even catch some sneak peeks from their collection in The Coach House on their upcoming blog...

  Most recently we bought the pull-out ottomans (a large footstool, covered in the fabric of your choice, that opens into a comfortable single bed - we bought two and used them in our condo for well-rested guests all the time). After years of use, one of the ottomans broke (totally our fault!). BoConcept actually replaced the item, despite the long-expired warrantee. And even helped take the old one out of the car and bring the new one back - all with a smile and great personal service.

Having lived in Toronto long enough to have moved over 10 times and furnished countless places, BoConcept has the trifecta of what keeps bringing us back: high-quality, unique, appealing, affordable products, amazing (!!!) customer service, and wonderful post-purchase support.
