  Sarah and the whole Percy Waters crew were easy and wonderful to work with during our wedding. They worked with us to design the perfect bouquets, potted plants, centrepieces and plant for our ceremony ritual. On the day of our wedding I was completely at ease knowing Sarah was delivering everything to the right places (2 different locations and 2 diff times), and set everything up for us with little direction. Hopefully won’t ever have to use them again for my wedding (!) but will certainly return for other special occasions in my life.

  The lady at the front seemed a bit annoyed that I wasn't exactly sure what type of arrangement I wanted. Decided to leave and go to a nearby flower shop. Was helped much better over there.

  Amazing service! I went into the store to purchase a few house plants, and the staff spent a lot of time explaining to me everything about many plants (if not all!) in the store. They looked at pictures of the inside of my house that i had on my phone, and were making suggestions of plants based on daylight and space. Super personalized service...speaking with Sarah almost felt like i was chatting about plants with a friend lol... great shop!
