  , R not US Citizens... So how are you going to get help from ur government if the people working in the office,the one we vote for, our US Government Embassy has people who are not a US citizens. What can you expect from ur country Government which u elect tells you it's ur personal matter in foreign country n we US Embassy cannot help in that.. NOW it is time we the citizens should ask..."Not What u can do for ur Country..but What the Country can do for you?????"

  The worst consulate n service for US citizens from US Embassy...n US Consulate in Toronto Canada...who doesn't want to help their citizens when if you need help from the ur Government ..and all the Officers in Duty

  Not bad. The security is very tight. I was supposed to bring more documents than the website told me, so I recommend calling them to make sure you have what you need. Also you're not allowed anything in there except your clothes and documents. No bag or electronics of any type. Place isn't dirty and there is a washroom and water fountain, both clean enough. Staff aren't mean, but firm. They've probably had long days

  I am glad that someone else in the comment section has the same feeling as me. I have visited this place in November and unfortunately was interviewed by the "oriental lady" that some of you have mentioned. When I came up to her window she was being scolded by her boss (I assume), when her boss left she turned her face to me, rolling her eyes. Then for the entire duration of the interview she had this cold expression on her face as if I own her one million dollars. Whenever I tried to answer her question, she would just interrupt me before I can finish my sentence. I would have given this place 5-star if it was not this lady. All the security guard and other staff are very polite and friendly. But this asian female interviewer, I would suggest her change her attitude before being reported by more people in the future.

  Quick and friendly service. Have everything completed ahead of time and email them with questions. They're serious about the no electronics rule (including cell phones!) I saw many people sent to the staples across the street to store their items.

  I have never seen such rude people anywhere. Are they racist or what? Only few security guards were nice.This oriental looking woman interviewed my mom and she was wicked like a witch. My mom is an old lady and she took time to answer her yelling questions. she made her so scared , So disgusted by her behavior.What does she think?? Superior of all???
