  My daughter and I went on Jan. 26, 2018 for the renewal of our passports, today we received our new passports from the mail. We didnt even wait for 4-8 weeks which we were told about the processing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Kudos to all the the Thursday/Friday, Feb 8-9, 2018 staff!!! It was packed today but yesterday the office is almost empty from past 3pm. ;)

  Experience in the office itself was fine. However over a month after my wife processed her passport renewal, the consulate called us to return to have her picture taken again... When asked why, they didn't give any answer. So I assume it was their kapalpakan (error), no transparency whatsoever. We live over an hour away (each way) from the consulate office with 3 kids (2 babies). They ask us to come as if it was like 15min away... So drop the 4 stars, I just give a star for the office experience itself.

  Was there last Feb 3 to get my dual citizenship. Lots of people but staff was very accomodating and helpful. First time it was open on a Saturday I think. A great idea to accomodate us who works from Monday - Friday. Great job...kudos to the person who thought about it. Thanks...

  Overall experience was not that bad. It took us longer because the place was really full of people waiting for their turn to be served. I want to point out is that they dont have the number in the screen if you are called to pay. So with all those noise from people waiting you really need to be listening till your name will be called. Also, the documents where they should be placed for applicants was empty, someone in their office should be monitoring that so people going there for applications need not to go in the front to get the documents they needed to fill out. But still, the experience is very good, If i will compare it on how it works in the Philippines if you are there to apply. ✌

  I was adamant to renew my passport because of all the negative feedbacks here. It went well yesterday and it was a breeze from the first person at the receiving who's very polite, then to the accounting. But before my biometrics/picture was taken, Ms. Odchie told me how my BC is not that legible and I need to provide my local BC. Today, when I went back,with the document requested, she was very helpful and nice. Even gave my son a candy (he's not in the best mood and kept crying). All in all, I can vouch for how great the service is! I understand it's annoying being asked for any additional documents but that's their job to ensure that everything is ok instead of being lax and have the document (on my case, passport) returned and cause further delay.

  Probably I was at the right time. The service and processing of my passport was quick. Most of the staff that I interacted with were polite. The only bad thing that I experienced was when my number was called. I think the lady was in a rush to have her lunch break so another lady came to the counter. However, instead of helping me (or she could have just told me to wait for a few more minutes), she stood there organizing her pens and stamps for like 5 minutes. And when she took my documents, her speech sounded like she was annoyed probably because I have no photocopy of my ID and passport. But the other staff brightened my processing experience. One guy tried to crack a cheesy joke, and I had a good conversation with the other.
