  I went to this consulate to apply for a tourist visa. It was hard to book an appointment early enough before my intended travel time (which was in 2 months time) - but I finally got one after regularly checking the website for a few days. This is the only reason I haven't given them a 5 star! All else was perfect. The office was organized and I was received by a nice clerk on time. He was professional; he received my complete application, charged my credit card, and gave me a receipt which stated the approximate turnaround time was 15 days. The process did not take more than 10 minutes as I had prepared all the required documents. They have a status tracking website too but I didn't really need to worry about it as they sent me an e-mail exactly 15 days later to notify me that the processing was complete. I went to the consulate on the next day to collect my passport- No appointment necessary for pickups!

  Whata great experience. Got an appointment in one week. Went there with ALL the documents they required. I also took1-2 extra documents to make it even more authentic.

  Friendly staff. But made me travel two times to collect passports. We first received an email to pickup Passport. I went there and found out only my wife's passport is ready. We both submitted one application. The email didn't mention any applicant name or passport number or any other indication. I received another email the very next day to pick up passport!
