  I would give this place a negative but in order for me to give a review I had to give at least one star. The people employed here have a very strange attitude. They are very very rude and hate being asked any questions. They have no regard for any one's time, they will send you away for the most minor mistake instead of allowing you to correct it. The way this office is run is a disaster with no system or accountability in place. I've never been so frustrated or felt so helpless even at a hospital as much as I have here. As for the people that gave this place a positive review are probably related to the people who work here or probably were asked to give positive reviews so that more helpless people show up with money drafts to give to their office.

  45 years in Canada. My experience on Monday was by far the best. Staff was friendly and willing to help. They were caring. My suggestion to the visitors is that the consulate staff is there to help us-- we need to be friendly and empathetic to them too. Good attitude from both sides of the window goes far.

  I had to give this review for the excellent service I got more than once. I had called up with some query and the lady was very polite and explained me very nicely. Then again, I made an error on OCI application and had a complex situation. So I wrote an email. In 17 minutes flat I got the best possible solution from their In-charge. Very happy and proud.

  Someone stole my wife's passport. We are trying to reach them. So they know and give me information for ne the step. But no one pickup the phone. Even if I press 0 for reception still nothing. For last 3 days I m trying to call them.

  Mr.Singh helped me a lot. He went beyond his working hours and called authorities in India during Indian time to help me. He is very good and professional. He is also dedicated to help others.
