    So what are the staff doing at this store? I Should just buy it online. Kill this retail locAtion already!!

    You have 6 staff members walking around but none willing to help you or pass you off to someone who can. Staff is also not knowledgeable about products and website says they have stock for the item you want but when you go in it's not there. Do yourself a favour and go to the best buy upstairs.

    I went to buy Sony earbuds and the woman working suggested the warranty. I just replaced them today and I still have another replacement and the whole warranty was $5. I was in and out in 5 minutes to replace them. Solid experience.

    Got there 6 staff in store. One walk right by me three times, when I expressively look at him for help, but still pretend I am not there. 1 helping with other customer. (Good for him) Others head down with their phones or computers.

    They are trying to sell a Sony headset (can't remember the exact model) saying that it is the sony wh1000xm2. I argued with a vendor, showing her that the model written on the headset is not the same that the one displayed (I had just tested this headset at best buy and saw several reviews so I know what it looks like) but she could stop saying that this is the same. I can't believe how she could lie to me right in my face.
