  I brought my husband in today to try out the guitars and was glad that Peter was there to help us! He was very attentive and was able to provide a great selection for my husband to choose from.

  I am a costumer at Steve's, but the other time something happened that I didn't really like. I had my acoustic Yamaha for about 5 months and the neck was completely damaged. So I took it there for a setup which costs around 70 + tax. After few days they called me and said they couldn't fix it so they had to send it to Yamaha (hopefully to replace it with a new one) Anyways, few days later I got a brand new guitar from Yamaha but Steve's Music store still charged me for the setup. So when I asked the guy why did they charge me for the setup, since Yamaha sent me a new guitar, the guy was kind of lost and didn't know what to say so he said that they had to tune it the way i wanted it. I only requested for 11 gauge strings THO! I COULD BUY THE STRINGS FOR 10 DOLLARS AND REPLACE IT MYSELF! I have no right to complain since I got a brand new guitar, but it's kind of unacceptable to treat your costumers like they are dumb! Like I know you only changed the strings (if Yamaha didn't do it) and you charged me 100 dollars for that? Other than that , it's a great place to stop by and shop. Lots of variety with friendly and helpful staff. PS: (If someone who works at Steve's see my review I would appreciate if you explain to me AGAIN why i had to pay so much money) And please don't say anything about shipping cause i could buy a guitar from the other end of the world and still pay less than 100$ for shipping.

  This place is perfect for musicians, they have a variety of instruments to try out freely and also have very friendly staff if you need help getting patched into an amp or advice on different instrument specifications. Would recommend if you're looking to buy or just want to try some new instruments.

  I've been coming here for 5 years now, random drop in to see the new guitars and amps they have in stock. Friendly guys who work there are great are always willing to help when you ask for it. In house Financing available, had put money down on a guitar i wanted which they held for me and was able to pay if off. Always considering going again for an amp this time.

  They have a great selection of acoustic guitars that are perfect for beginners and intermediate players in the main area. Feel free to ask and pick it up to play! In the back, they have an impressive stock of Taylors, Martins, and other more premium guitars.
