  I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, asked for it, paid, and walked out. Seems simple, right? But somehow neither Best Buy nor The Source could manage to execute that simple transaction today.

  It would be 1 stars if the staff weren't friendly and sympathetic to their customers. I ordered something via Canada Computer's website which took two months to deliver. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to process the transaction. Canada Computers, get your backend infrastructure/logistics together or I'll be better off risking amazon to get my $800 GPUs! Your frontline staff and customers can only take a beating so much!

  These stores are very much home grade equipment with a small % off it being mud grade business products.

  The store listings was accurate, the location was Shakey than expected and they carry limited stock.

  The staff aren't incompetent, the products have prices clearly listed, and you can check out without it being an ordeal. Those might be things we take for granted most of the time, but compared to the state of the big box electronics stores, this earns them 5 stars.

  Good prices and selection and convenient location. Pretty much beats Amazon in price always. Not much in terms of service if any.

  Taking the time to check stock online will save time. They do have a significant selection of PC equipment but the Mac offerings are limited.
