  I needed a Phone ASAP after mine broke down so I visited the shop at Eaton centre. The customer service agent I met, his name was Ash, was very helpful. He helped get the right phone and accessories.

  I didn’t wait too much for someone to come and help me. They guy helping I think his name was Rocky, he gave good advice about the cameras and explained to me what would fit my purposes. They didn’t have the camera in stock but they said it will ship to my house in 3 days, it actually came the very next day. Very nice and helpful employees.

  No "in-stock" availability online for their MASSIVE Toronto catalog, but if you try to call to ask whether something is in stock for pick-up, no one will EVER answer the phone. Pretty useless if you need something in a time sensitive manner.

  Do NOT buy a cellphone with contract from here. This store scammed me by creating a new share everything account instead of upgrading my existing line. This resulted in me having to spend many hours on the phone with my service provider and in this store. Also, I lost all my loyalty discounts. Buyer beware.
