  I bought my generation 1 Apple Watch a year ago- the back fell off within 3 months. The second watch: the front screen fell off. Third watch- back fell off. Technicians certify I didn't abuse the device. This is such a common problem- they even have a separate plan for it.

  According to the “cool” service reps they have there I should wait for another email to pick it up. I’m sorry, you take my money, you confirm it’s there but I cannot have what you have contracted to sell me because you are waiting for an email. After making a scene, I was told they will honour the transaction. So, the way I see it, apple will honour the side of the transaction that covers its ability to take money from the consumer but not its ability to deliver in real-time.

  If Apple wants to be a Trillion $$ company it needs to act like one. I purchased two watches with apple care at around 4pm. They confirmed online and via email it’s available at the Downtown Toronto store to be picked.. I get there around 8pm to pick it up, they don’t have anything ready.

  Go this Apple Store is one of the smaller locations as their store uses the old floor plan, it is amazing to see how all the stuff navigate their domain and manage to help every customer need. I love their new text system for when you come in for tech support Which enables you to keep doing your shopping while you wait
