  A class act, and I never saw a Nordstrom that was so decked out for the Christmas Season. Unique gift items, great clothing for men, and a top shelf, full service restaurant overlooking Eaton Centre. Nordstrom is a very appropriate anchor for this bustling city, far more than Eaton's was in it's final years.

  Have to acknowledge the top rate customer service here. Dealt with Mara at the service desk in the Eaton Centre location. She was beyond helpful and so respectful and genuine. Really appreciate this approach, it is super rare in retail today. And in general, I observed other interactions at the desk, equally great. Well done Nordstrom.

  Great selection and prices and styles for all budgets. Every interaction I had here was excellent. I dealt with vivek and he was very knowledgeable about the latest trends and took the time to give me personalized attention and ensure i got everything I was looking for. I'll be back in the near future!

  Really friendly staff at this location. The several times I’ve browsed through the handbag section, I’ve had such fun/funny conversations with the staff and no pressure to make a purchase.

  Really bad experience online never again I will buy from them here my story.I purchase 2 items they charge me before everything was even sent. The amount was taking from my debit card and they kept saying to me that it was impossible three times arguing with me that it was not charged. I have the confirmation number that it was charged to my debit card and a e-mail from Nordstrom saying that they charge me. They basically said that is impossible that they charge my card. After finishing talking to them I received a e-mail that the company charged me and the refund will be made. I will never order from this compagny again since that was a gift for my husband for Christmas. The gift for my husband was available and the other one wasn't. When I ordered at first it was available online, and now because of this my surprise for my husband for Christmas is ruined since you can't not update you site properly. They didn't even apologize or make it up to me!!!!!
