  Martindale Dental staff was exceptionaly professional and very friendly. Dr How, her assistant Amber and FD Simone were absolutely great at every level of care and professionalidim they have provided to me. Very greatful for their superb work and welcoming atmosphere, highly recommend! If my previous dentist was just as caring and professional as Dr How and Amber I would not be redoing my tooth.

  This has to be one of the most professional and courteous staff I've encountered in the dental industry. I've been putting off my check ups with my home clinic, just because they were lacking the above. Being in his industry is like so many others the customer service sometimes will tip he scale.

  I was very disappointed coming in the clinic for an appointment, done with my child’s checkup and later finding out that the dentist is NOT a pediatric dentist. It clearly says on their website that they do and so as details why you need to see a pediatric dentist. They even asked why my child needs to be seen and did not give information ahead that they don’t have pediatric dentist. I paid for something we did not need and already knew about my child’s dental issues since we have already seen another dentist but not located in Toronto. Very frustrating.

  Dr. How was very thorough with the initial assessment and made me feel at ease. Sheena the hygienist answered all my questions regarding teeth whitening and oral care. Simone at front desk walked me through the entire benefits coverage and did her best to accommodate my appointment preferences, which I really appreciated! Thank you!

  This place has super friendly staff that treat you like family. They listen patiently to all your concerns and constantly ask you if you understand what they are saying to ensure that you don't leave with unanswered questions. I have been here once but once I enough to know this is the place for me.
