  I went into Downtown Dentistry after having been absent from the dentist's chair for quite some time. I chose Downtown Dentistry based on the excellent online reviews, and I'm glad that I did. They were extremely professional, quickly completing and analysing some overdue x-rays. Some needed work was completed and a week later, there have been no issues. Further work was recommended, but there was no hard sell; based on their performance during my visit, I will be following up on their suggestions in the new year. The dentist, her assistant, and the office staff were all extremely competent and the claims were processed quickly. I will most definitely recommend this office to my friends and colleagues.

  The Korean doctor took care of me. She was very friendly so I could get rid of some stress which I always have had for the treatment.I will highly recommend the Korean dentist to my friend and neighbours.

  Amazing staff, service and facility! I was greeted with a warm smile, a walk around, a gift for being a new customer and received the most thorough checkup and cleaning that I've ever had. The dentists, orthodontist, hygienist and support staff are incredible. I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist which is a first for me! Highly recommended!!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Chan at Downtown Dentistry for over 20 years and many more to come. I know for a fact that this is the best place for any dental issues! If you want a professional, caring, knowledgeable, and very skilled healthcare professionals, look no further, as this is your place! You will not regret it, I promise you!

  Friendly staff. Initial introduction was made for a new patient. Issue is with overcharging from what is recommended by the 2018 Ontario General Practitioner Dental Association Fee Guide. Be forewarned that a chunk will come out of your pocket as your insurer will only cover based on recommended amount. I learned from just the initial visit which can get worse with visits that require a more complicated dental work. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to find out. Wish i had known about their overcharging than the average.
