  Look for 50% off items from time to time. These usually have a short shelf life left though.

  Stumbled across this awesome shop intending to get a latte and ended up grabbing a bunch of stocking stuffer gifts! Super friendly staff, delicious coffee and a great selection of local curated products. I'll definitely be back!

  I'm a semi-regular customer of this small shop with a focus on natural and organic food, drinks, snacks, and more. The prices are a little on the high side, so I would prefer to go somewhere else for several items when I have the time. However, it's close, and it serves the need for some items that can't be found at other places in the neighbourhood or at Dufferin Mall.

  Friendly staff, great healthier options for vegans and non vegans. Prices are what you would expect for natural, gmo free, organic etc products. Hours are convenient too.

  Staff is quite friendly, and in fact, they have occasionally allowed me to enter slightly past closing time to pick up something and one time, the owner gave me an item for free as it was going to expire soon and he and his family couldn't consume the two packages that were in their fridge at the time.
