  Definitely the best store in Toronto for clothing, by far. They sell quality, affordable men's and women's basics and in a huge variety of sizes, styles and prices. Their collaboration lines are awesome, and their heattech line is great for keeping warm during our chilly winters. If not to just look around, you should make time to visit if you're even remotely close to one of their retail locations, since they do not ship in Canada yet.

  I'll take one of everything. The quality of the clothes are so good and they are so worth it on sale. I admit though, some clothes look good only on certain body types of that goes for everything. The heat tech line is amazing. The staff are friendly and I have seen them deal with rude customers and they hold it in really well. There was only one time where when I went to pay, my cashier seemed done with work and was really whatever with me. Couldn't even smile. But I guess it's okay because I love Uniqlo's clothes.

  The heat-tech is amazingly good for winter season. There are heat-tech socks, shirts, tights and so on. The price is decent and the quolity is high, I definitely need heat-tech to overcome the weather of Toronto. I highly recommend it.

  Poor customer experience via store employees and via app. Management scarcely listened before shrugging. Great inventory, but customers may feel they may be taken for granted.

  I would think twice about buying here. Especially gifts. The store has a policy on no exchanges without a receipt or gift receipt. Not even for a size. (This is different from most major chain stores) When you press them on it they become indignant and make you feel like you are a thief or con artist. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending.
