    As far as product and pricing, it's a Disney store. Things are not super expensive considering they're licensed Disney merchandise, but don't come here for something cheap. They do have things from very inexpensive to very expensive, but you're getting the product and the experience to go with it. For me, seeing the excitement on my daughter's face is worth the extra few dollars.

    Fast and friendly service, also very informative. When I searching a Belle dress for my daughter. There was none left in her size, the sale associate offered to look at another location but also kept me informed of their restock days and when to call and follow up if I wanted to purchase the dress at the Eaton Center location instead.

    A good mix of products and experiences. My daughter always loves coming here. The staff are polite and always seem happy, and they really know how to make the little ones feel special. When my daughter mentioned that we were there celebrating her birthday, the staff brought her to the counter, made her a little certificate and put her name on a birthday pin to put on her sweater. She was so excited! There's a colouring centre and a big screen with lots of Disney material playing. When we were there we saw Frozen Fever. Even the parents were sitting around watching and laughing.

    A full store and I was surprised at the prices. Very reasonable.
