  Service was a bit distracted but selection was well offered, the staff seemed more interested in maintaining the store rather than assisting with customers. Will try different locations before making a full decision on how this store works

  I called to ask whether new cloths are on sale or not, because there advetising was up to 60% sale , just she didn't answer and I had to wait for 2-3 minutes and I called again, also she got the call and I had to wait for 5 minutes and I had never got the call again.

  After a mix up with an alternation, the staff did an excellent job of rectifying the situation. Very professional and polite. Thanks again to Kevin and Matthew.

  Asian dude in a black leather jacket killed it so hard I wanted to tip. Got exactly what I wanted and paid less than I expected. Exceptional customer service all around.

  This store has probably the worst customer service among all the Club Monaco stores I have ever been to. The return policy was especially horrible and the staff even rejected to return a sweater that I don't want and insisted that it was my fault. Please ask your store manager to train your staff to be nicer to your customers. Otherwise, loyal customers like me might think to change our opinions about your brand.
