  The staff are incredibly customer centric. Was looking for sweaters on sale, and got lots of help. While trying them on, they would be looking for more for me in the clearance piles and bring them to me.

  I had purchased a Men's Work Messenger Bag earlier this year (from a different branch), however a few months into using it, the leather began to rapidly fade (dark brown became light orange). Furthermore, the strap broke easily. I fixed the strap myself but with time I became frustrated that the color continued to fade despite good care. I went to this branch of Banana republic, almost a year after the purchase, and the store manager was very understanding about my frustration with this bag's quality considering the price ($310) and without any difficulties, they let me have store credit for returning the bag. I feel like these days, most stores would give a hard time or not have given credit for a used merchandise.

  Banana used to be my favorite, actually, it was the only place I would buy work clothes. However, the last year's styles didn't appeal to me. I hope they return more to the classic styles and tay awar from hipster looks this year.

  Cheap brand that was once the name of quality. It has now gone downhill as Gap Inc is driving it into a pit of endless sales and killed prices. If you are buying at regular price you're doing something wrong. They practically always have a sale on for 40% off, sometimes 50% if you're lucky.

  Don't buy anything, I mean anything full price. There are always 30% or 40% sales every day or every three days.

  When the staff ran into technical issues with exchanging my online purchase, the manager was very quick about resolving the issue and ensured an incredibly smooth transaction.
