  I live in Oshawa and travel 1.5hrs by transit to rent from this location because of how well they look after me. The whole staff is awesome. Friendly, kind, professional, they even know my kids by their names. Always asking about them and wishing the best for them.

  Have used this location twice so far. Getting a car is always a fast experience. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I rented a Luxury car which, as it turns out, had no cap on the windshield wiper fluid reservoir, and the fluid seemed to be pure water with no antifreeze. Couldn't see a darn thing while driving up north in -20 degree weather. Not safe whatsoever. Otherwise a good experience.

  Always a pleasure receiving excellent efficient and prompt service at the Wellington Location. My cars are always ready and waiting when I get there. No line up or waiting around.

  I have used National regularly over the past 5 years for personal use. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Good selection of vehicles. None of the billing errors experienced at competitors. What more could anyone want? Highly recommended.

  Customer service left much to be desired. Also the fact that they rent cars in -10 degree weather that don't have winter tires on is ludicrous. I almost got into an accident within the first half an hour of my journey, nearly sliding into the car ahead of me when we stopped at a stop sign. This should honestly be illegal, Quebec has that law right...

  The staff at the 200 Wellington Street rental office are the best in Toronto: friendly, flexible and always very helpful. I've stuck with National for over 15 years largely based on the customer service and professionalism of the great people at this location. I strongly recommend National Car Rental, and this office in particular, to all of my staff and colleagues.

  Cars are always brand new, either 400km or under 4000km driven. Clean and fully equipped with all the technology you need. Bluetooth, Sirius satellite, Nav, lane assistant, and panoramic roof. Seats are always comfy. Fuel efficient so far has been the Hyundai Sonata, Mercedes Benz for cars and Nissan Murano for SUV. My worst fuel efficient car was Toyota Camry and Nissan Maxima.

  Above all I had an excellent all around service with the personals and the vehicles. I'll travel the distance to be serviced at this location any day.
