    Not the most efficient in terms of picking up online orders, and the processing of customers is slow but the staff is helpful and pleasent.

    It's only 4 star when they have a secret sale for uoft branded clothing! Do not buy textbooks from here, way overpriced.

    Live in toronto 57 years. Too hot out.first time ever. Went in to cool off and 50 bucks later ,I left very impressed ! Definitely will b back may times.

    The customer service under the stairs is sooooo bad. lots of attitudes and it feels like I owe them money :( They need more basic training!
